Start with a clearer offer, a reliable follow-up rhythm, and one repeatable process.

Growth often feels like a marketing problem. Sometimes it is a follow-up problem, an unclear offer, or a process that only one person knows how to run. A small weekly routine can help you tell the difference.

Make the offer easy to repeat

In one sentence, describe whom you help, what you deliver, and what someone should do next. Test that sentence on your website and in your first reply to an inquiry.

Track the next step for every inquiry

  1. Record where the inquiry came from.
  2. Note the question or need behind it.
  3. Set a clear next contact date.
  4. Review unanswered inquiries each week.

Give one process an owner

Choose a repeated task, such as sending a proposal or welcoming a new customer. Write down the steps, then make someone responsible for checking that the process still works.

The best process is one your team can actually repeat.

Review what changed, not just what happened

Once a week, compare new inquiries, replies, and completed sales against the previous week. Ask where people got stuck and what one change you can test next.

Keep it manageable

Pick one friction point and work on it for a few weeks. More tools are not automatically a better growth system.
