Information we collect

We collect account and contact details; business profile and Business Passport details; assessment answers, scores, and progress; website URLs and publicly available business information; purchase and subscription status; referral source; usage and funnel events; and messages you send to support.

We use local storage, cookies, and session data to remember assessment progress, keep you signed in, maintain preferences, and understand usage. Your browser and hosting provider may also process technical request data for security and delivery.

Cookies & tracking

Essential technologies (always on) keep you signed in, save assessment progress, protect the site, and support payments.

Analytics (optional) is Bizzlevel's own first-party visitor measurement: pages viewed, traffic source, device type, and approximate region. It does not store your IP address and is not used for advertising.

Marketing (optional) uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising, such as page views, assessment starts and completions, and confirmed purchases with amount and product name. We do not send your email, name, phone, assessment answers, business or financial details, or payment details to Meta.

Optional analytics and marketing only run after you allow them. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Preferences link in the site footer; changes apply to future tracking from that moment. Your choice is remembered on this device for up to 180 days.

Public website scanning

If you provide a website URL, a website review may analyze publicly accessible pages and publicly available business information to provide business-readiness guidance. It does not require private account access or bank credentials. Public information can be incomplete or outdated; review any findings before relying on them. Website-analysis features may not be enabled yet.

How we use information

We use information to provide and save assessments, personalize reports and strategies, keep accounts secure, respond to support requests, process transactions when enabled, understand usage and improve the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money.

Providers and payments

Service providers may include Supabase for account/data services, Lovable and hosting providers, and Stripe for payments; email, AI, or public-data providers may be used where enabled. Providers handle information needed to perform their services under their own terms and safeguards.

Stripe handles payment card data. Bizzlevel does not store full card numbers or CVCs. Preview payments are in test mode and do not make a live charge.

Retention and security

We keep data only as reasonably necessary to provide the service and meet legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable safeguards and restricted access, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Your rights and age limits

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable privacy law by emailing hello@wegosa.com. We handle international and state-specific requests according to applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

Bizzlevel is not intended for anyone under 18. Please contact us if you believe a minor has provided personal information.
