Love your report or get a full refund within 7 days — no questions asked. This covers the $49 Full Business Review, the $59 Individual Business Strategy, and the $89 Full Review + 1 Strategy Bundle.

Email us within 7 calendar days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount, even if you have already opened or downloaded your report. You don't have to give a reason. When a refund is made, access to that report or strategy ends.

Duplicate charges, billing errors, and technical problems

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or a technical problem kept you from getting what you paid for, tell us and we will fix it or refund you — even after the 7 days. Where applicable law gives you more rights, those rights apply.

Pro subscription cancellations

Bizzlevel Pro is $69 per month or $690 per year. Pro automatically renews at the disclosed frequency until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation prevents future renewals, and access remains through the current paid period unless law requires otherwise.

Charges already processed are generally non-refundable except for duplicate charges, billing errors, material service failures, or where law requires a refund. Cancellation alone does not refund a prior charge.

How to request help

Email hello@wegosa.com with your account email, the purchase, the purchase date, and the reason for your request. For cancellation, identify your Pro plan and account email so we can locate it. We will review requests under this policy and applicable law.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank; we cannot promise a specific bank processing time. Contacting support can help resolve billing concerns before a chargeback, but does not restrict any legal cardholder rights.
