Who we are and who may use Bizzlevel

Bizzlevel is operated as a DBA/trade name of WEGOSA CONSULTING LLC.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of the business whose information you provide. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@wegosa.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share another person's credentials with us.

What the service provides

Bizzlevel offers business-readiness education, assessments, reports, strategies, and progress tools. The Bizzlevel Score is a proprietary readiness score; it is NOT a FICO score, credit bureau score, lender underwriting score, legal status, certification, or guarantee.

Bizzlevel does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, credit-repair, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions and for checking important information with qualified professionals and official sources. AI-generated or public-data outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect; verify them before material decisions.

Website analysis, when available, uses only publicly accessible website information. You do not need to share bank logins, Social Security numbers, full EINs, passwords, or routing or account numbers.

Results are not guaranteed

We do not guarantee funding, loans, grants, credit limits or scores, approvals, customers, revenue, profit, business growth, or any specific outcome. Eligibility and decisions are determined independently by relevant third parties.

Prices, renewals, and cancellations

The free score has no charge. Paid products include one-time digital Full Reviews and Individual Strategies, and recurring Pro monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices and what is included are shown before checkout. Read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the conditions that apply to refunds.

Pro monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the disclosed amount and frequency until cancelled. The checkout shows the amount and billing frequency before you agree. Cancel anytime by contacting hello@wegosa.com; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use and ownership

Do not abuse the service, attempt unlawful or unauthorized access, interfere with other users, scrape restricted data, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law allows it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, or legal requirements.

Bizzlevel and its content, branding, methods, and software remain our or our licensors' intellectual property. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the service and your reports for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

Third parties and availability

Third-party services and links have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or decisions. Service features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable; we will try to communicate material changes where appropriate.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Bizzlevel during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow limitation. You agree to indemnify Bizzlevel and WEGOSA CONSULTING LLC against third-party claims arising from your misuse or unlawful use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes, applicable law, and contact

We may update these terms and will update the effective date when we do. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. Applicable law governs these terms without choosing a particular state here; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
